My name is Kae, the one-woman show running this home bakery. My concept celebrates botanicals, so everything you see is infused with a combination of tea, herbal, and fruit flavors. All pastries are made to order and can be delivered or picked up via meet-up within the Twin Cities metro. Please place orders one week in advance.

White Tea & Basil Choux Cream Puff

Delicate choux au craquelin baked to a golden crisp, topped with a thin buttery cookie crust for the perfect crunch.

Inside, each puff is filled with a silky white apricot tea and basil-infused crème diplomat, a beautiful balance of herbal and floral notes. Finished with seasonal morsels of peach (available in spring and summer) or persimmon (available in fall and winter).

Salt Bread Rolls with Lemon & Dill Butter

Salt bread rolls, known as shio-pan 塩パン in Japanese or sogeum-ppang 소금빵 in Korean, are a very popular bakery item across Asia. The bread has a crispy outer layer while the inside texture is soft and tender with a buttery, hollow center having been rolled with a small stick of butter in its center.

My signature salt bread rolls are infused with homemade lemon and dill compound butter.
